"Find the Bottleneck" — I map how your work actually gets done and show you what it costs you in hours. Free while my calendar has practice slots open.

Get your week back.

I find the one workflow that quietly eats your time, and turn it into a simple system that runs itself — mapped first, built fast, documented so you own it.

How it works

  1. Step 1 — Find the bottleneck (free)

A relaxed 30–45 minute call. You walk me through how one task really gets done. I draw the map live. You keep it whether we ever talk again or not.

  2. Step 2 — The full audit ($397)

If the numbers justify going deeper: within a week you get exactly what that bottleneck costs you per month — with the arithmetic shown — plus a ranked list of what to fix, including anything that should NOT be automated.

  3. Step 3 — Fix it properly (~$3,000)

One system, built end-to-end for your one biggest bottleneck. Tested on your real work, measured before and after, handed over with plain-language documentation so you're never dependent on me. If the audit says a build isn't worth it, I'll tell you that instead.

Who this is / isn't for

For you if:

  • You run a service business — consulting, coaching, creating, a small agency
  • Part of your week disappears into repeated manual work: reports, follow-ups, intake, scheduling, copy-paste between tools
  • You want it FIXED, not another app to learn

Not for you if:

  • You want an enterprise procurement process (multi-month, multi-stakeholder)
  • You're looking for someone to "do AI" without knowing why
  • The task needing fixing requires human judgment calls every single time — I'll tell you honestly if that's what I see

About

I'm Qiyaam Van. I help non-technical business owners stop losing their week to repeated manual work. No jargon, no hype: we map what's actually happening, put real numbers on it, and fix the one thing worth fixing. Every system I install comes with documentation written so you can run it — and repair it — yourself.

FAQ

Do I need to understand AI or technology?

No. If you can describe how your work gets done, you're qualified. I handle the technical side and explain everything in plain language.

What happens in the free session?

You talk, I draw. By the end you have a one-page map of how your workflow actually runs — steps, tools, where it stalls — and one honest suggestion. That's yours regardless of what happens next.

Why is the audit paid?

Because free advice gets ignored. $397 buys you real numbers: what the problem costs you monthly, shown as arithmetic you can check, plus a ranked fix list. If I think you shouldn't automate something, the audit will say so.

Will you replace me or my people with automation?

No. Anything requiring human judgment stays human — that's by design, not accident. We automate the repetitive glue around the judgment, not the judgment.

What if I only want the map and nothing else?

Totally fine. Most clients stop after step 1 or 2 and do the quick fixes themselves. The door stays open.

How long does an implementation take?

Usually one to two weeks for the single system we agree on. Fixed price, fixed scope, written down before we start — including what's NOT included.

What if it breaks after you leave?

You get plain-language documentation and a walkthrough where we break it on purpose so you know how to repair it. Beyond that, support exists only if you actually want it — priced from real data, never auto-billed.
